This beautiful four unit apartment building is located two doors down from Sigillo Cellars, across the street from a small public beach and is just a short walk to Slidewaters Water Park. Two of the units are designated as short term rentals.

Sigillo Cellars address is 2037 W Woodin Ave, Chelan WA 98816. Coming INTO town it will be on your RIGHT. Navigate there and either pull into the street just before Sigillo (N Evergreen) or pull into the parking lot - go LEFT on the street behind- (W Prospect St.- It looks like an alley, its gravel). Continue past two houses on the left and you will see 110 parking and driveway on your left. If you get to the condos you've gone too far.
